Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company and USPA signed Memorandum of cooperation

Angel Zaburtov, Director General of the Bulgarian Port Infrastructure Company, and Vyacheslav Voronoy, The Deputy Chairman in Logistic of State Enterprise «Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority», signed a memorandum of cooperation between BPI Co. and the USPA.

The sides agreed to deepen cooperation and develop business relations. In the framework of the Memorandum the two companies has determined some pilot projects on informational exchange on procedures for approach/departure of ships, as well as the tariff and statistical analytics, tariff policy of infrastructure usage and features of port legislation.

The parties also agreed to hold joint seminars, conferences, and trainings for port specialists in the fields of port management, maritime safety, ships’ movement systems, logistics and environmental protection.

In addition, the parties intend to launch the project on information interaction between the “Port Community Informational System” and “Bulgaria Maritime Single Window” during arrival/departure of ferries.
